Hickory Park Senior Living invites residents, families, and guests to join us for an educational presentation in recognition of Healthcare Decisions Day. Our partners at Allay Hospice will share helpful information about important healthcare planning documents and how to use them.
During this session, guests will learn about:
- Understanding Power of Attorney (POA) documentation
- Learning about Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders
- Assistance from licensed social workers in completing forms
- The opportunity to complete and sign documents during the event
